OUR CLASS LIST
Something for Everyone

Yoga 101
This five-week introductory series is perfect for those with no previous experience with yoga or those who want a refresher course after years away from practice. Enjoy learning the basics of Asana (yoga poses), Pranayama (breathwork), Meditation, and Yogic Philosophy in an accessible and supportive environment.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is a classic and foundational style of yoga where you will be guided through the postures with an emphasis on proper technique and alignment. Using postures (asana) and breath work (pranayama) you will cultivate strength through a well-balanced array of stretching, opening, and toning postures.
Flow & Glow
Our flow class is a gentle combination of Hatha and a Vinyasa style flow class. In this class, you will learn proper alignment while having fun with some of the elements of Vinyasa such as Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutation) and Chandar Namaskar (Moon Salutation) sequences. Those who enjoy a challenge or those curious about flow based movement will gravitate toward this class as a way to go deeper in their practice.

Gentle Yoga
Slow down and reap the rewards of a gentler approach to yoga. Gentle yoga is appropriate for students of all levels, including those who are brand new to yoga, students who are recovering from injuries or experiencing limitations, as well as experienced yoga students seeking a slower and more introspective practice.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic, muscular (yang) styles of yoga. Yin incorporates long, passive holds (with no standing poses) to penetrate the body deeper than the muscle tissue, generally targeting the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. This practice cultivates strength and flexibility, improves joint mobility, improves posture, and can release trauma in the body.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga uses a series of just a few simple poses, in which the body is fully supported by props. In each pose you will be guided to find maximum comfort, then you’ll remain in that easeful position for an extended period of time to promote deep relaxation and engage the parasympathetic nervous system. Restorative Yoga has been found to positively affect sleep quality and overall energy.

Tai Chi
Tai chi is a Chinese exercise and meditation practice that involves slow, gentle movements, controlled breathing, and a meditative state of mind. It originated as a martial art, but is now more commonly used for health and wellness.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a relaxation technique that involves lying down and being guided through mental imagery to achieve a deep state of consciousness. It's also known as "yogic sleep" or "effortless relaxation". Studies show 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of quality sleep in terms of restfulness. This practice is available to all levels but does require lying on the floor.

Functional Pilates
Functional Pilates uses exercises that builds your body to move correctly through activities that you do in everyday life. There is a focus on strength and stability. This class trains your body and brain to move effectively and efficiently without having to think about how to move which assists in preventing injury. A great class for beginners and all ages.
